Great location and clean apartment. Staff were very responsive when we needed to contact them, twice in 2 nights
A number of things need fixing in the apartment. WiFi doesn’t reach the main bedroom - a booster is needed. The electrical outlet to side of master bed - only one outlet works, no holder for toilet tools in either toilet. We had to ask for a gas lighter, chopping board and teaspoons! The watt outlet for the aircon is into a can which we had to ask to be emptied as it overflowed and was too heavy for us to lift and empty

Excellent location with decent amenities and hotel was very clean. But stop is just few mins away. Beach is just otherside of the road.
Nothing major. Need to go panorama hotel which is 5-10 mins away for Check in and check out process.

The apartment is a good size and clean and good value for money. it was near the beach.
We paid for a sea view but was given an apartment on the ground floor with a bar directly outside our bedroom window. This meant there was no view and it was noisy until early hours. We were also awoken very early morning by garbage collectors outside our window and drilling from an upstairs apartment. We did request to move rooms but there was nothing available.
The instructions need to be clearer on what apartment block it is as the map we were given shows the building next door which meant we had to wait for someone to come down from the hotel to show us where our apartment was based.

Very near to the beach
Checking in &out is a hassle since needs to be done at the hotel which is 500m far away.
Kitchen was not so well equipped. Can be better.
No cleaning done during the stay nor any vacuum cleaner provided.
