Basic apartments at the beach

The apartments are functional and clean. The staff at the hotel was friendly and the Check-in easy. The location is convenient.

The apartments are quite basic, only furnished with the absolute necessities. We were surprised about having to pay a significant deposit for the apartments, even though we only had to stay one night. We got the money back, so there was no problem in the end.

Staff ( cleaner lady ) very rude , she did mention that we need to leave the kitchen clean . Anyway the property was left mostly clean by us . No one came in 4 days to exchange at least the towels . Not enough toiletries and kitchen amenities no where to be found . Divan beds very poor and in badly condition. Kitchen table full of staines , paint comes out easily quite old ( 10 years old or more ) . Internet password provided almost in the last day of our visit.

Great Location, huge apartment, excellent value for the Amalfi Coast- Maiori is amazing

Despite some of the negative reviews, we went ahead and booked the two bedroom property. We had a lot of message exchanges before we arrived to clarify the type of room and the view, and staff were very responsive. The rooms with a front sea view were taken, but we upgraded for a minimal amount at the time of booking after clarification of the rooms and were able to get an apartment on the 4th floor with a side sea view which was from a balcony off of one of the bedrooms. We asked a lot of questions ahead of time so we understood the property. There is not a main living room area, but the place is huge! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and kitchen with table. Two balconies as well. While the check in is at another location, it was not that far and it was easy to leave our luggage, change in the bathrooms and then head to the beach. You also have use of a pool at another property, Hotel Angelina if you wanted. We did not have enough towels, but we contacted the front desk at the other hotel and they brought towels in a reasonable amount of time. Location is fantastic and Maiori is beyond what we expected. So low key and a great place for a family vacation. Excellent food, beautiful beach, and a great place to rent a boat to explore the coastline. A hidden gem on the Amalfi Coast. Wish we were there longer. The Sita bus is also a great way to get there from Naples. Cheap and easy and drops you a couple of blocks from the hotel for check in.

Kitchen not fully equipped for cooking any meals. Would have been nice to have more dishes and cutlery and pans.

Super location and value for staying on the Amalfi coast in a quieter town.

Maiori is beautiful! The location was excellent; directly across from the beach, close to restaurants, markets, shops, bus stop and multiple trails. Ample room for a family of 4 with washing machine. Great location and value if you want to be on the Amalfi coast but not in the busier towns such as Amalfi or Positano.

Bedroom facing outside of the building was a bit noisy early in the morning but to be expected as workers are out collecting trash etc.

The apartment is vast, probably a very good choice for more than 3 people. It's also close to the beach, but the town itself appeared quite neglected and too busy for what I like. Still, value for money was ok.

It was very noisy from a nearby restaurant. The check-in and check-out procedure was overcomplicated in my view. There was a deposit taken from my account about which I've only learned once I completed the booking. I wish for more transparency.

We booked a room with beach view. Unfortunately they gave us a first floor room with no beach view room. The upper floors room were unoccupied. Very expensive parking.

The equipment was as described. The landlords (Panorama Hotels) have provided us with a new apartment with fewer amenities but without any traffic noise und exhaust fumes. The staff was quite friendly.

The apartment we booked is located directly on the coastal road on the mezzanine floor of the house. Bus passengers and drivers can look directly into the apartment. The traffic is loud and when the window is open the exhaust fumes draw into the apartment. There is no information about in the description of the apartment. We have changed the apartment after we tried it for a night. The landlord (Panorama Hotels) tried to charge extra for the new apartment. Luckily that was withdrawn.

Nothing really is worth mentioning as of what was good

the building was really old, more looked like a COVID hotel than an accommodation for family. No heating, only aircon, and we were cold during our stay. Old windows and you think they would brake while open them. We’ve been given ground floor apartment, nothing similar to reality and photos. The front door of the building was damaged, it was constantly open with no security what so ever. The bathroom old (attached photos), very poor. The bed header of the bed is worn as you can see from the photos…who would like to put the head there? The checking out process was not a good experience as we told to clean the property before we leave….something you would expect them to do, not the customers ! Lastly a deposit of 100€ is given in advance which we find it very unnecessary as it doesn’t reflect the quality of the apartment.

Apartment is very big. Beds are big and comfortable. Location is great

You actually need to checkin a hotel nearby and then go to the apartment. When you leave you need to go again to the hotel. The 100 Euro deposit was something that never happened to us anywhere for the last 10 years of travel accross Europe.

Location was excellent. Very near beach, bus stops and ferries. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Apartments were good value for money

We had four apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the 4th floor..The lift is very small and old and stairway windows in need of repair. The sea view from the 4th floor apartment was accessed through a bedroom. The ground floor apartments seemed to be a better choice and everyone was very happy with them. Some kitchens were better equipped than others Did not like the inspection at end of the stay.

Terrible - no customer service. Stay away.

The location was okay - 7 minutes walk to the Main area and across the street from the beach. But the apartment was completely misrepresented in the photos at the time of booking - the property included 65 photos - of all the apartments they had, showing a balcony and a great view from apartments on upper floors but when we got our apartment we were on the ground level right next to a very busy noisy street, with no balcony. I had specifically asked for photos of our apartment too. the location was so noisy we were woken up each morning at 5:30/6am due to the collection of linens from all the hotels - loud banging of trucks opening and closing and loading laundry. Complaints to the hotel staff got us nowhere. We also had maintenance issues - our shower flooded the bathroom every time we showered. Two days later two different people came to fix it but were not successful. We repeatedly asked to move and while they had two hotels and two apartment complexes they said they were all full. Terrible customer service. My recommendation is to find somewhere else to stay.

I absolutely love the space in the apartment the level of cleanliness is impeccable. Italians know how to clean! i loved it! The apartment comes with a lot of kitchenware like glasses, espresso cups, dishes knives etc… we had everything we needed for our 10 nights in Maiori. The apartment also provided us with an extra pillow and a duvet the AC was easy to control, fantastic for the hot summer days. the views were breathtaking and location was awesome. I will definitely be coming back here thank you for everything.

There is nothing I did not like in fact I don’t know why I left.
