Comfortable bed, great shower. Staff are friendly & helpful. Very social vibe but not a party place. Free simple breakfast. Excellent location to metro, supermarket & chinatown.
I'd stay there again when back in KL.
Can be a bit noisy at night with the bar/pub downstairs, mainly weekend nights but I was there on a holiday weekend, nothing earplugs can't fix!

Good location. Comfy bed. Plenty of bathrooms. Free filtered water. Let me use the clothes drying area.
Ant infestation in my room. Signature wall with the beach decor filthy. Ants climbing onto bed, bedside table and wall. AC very noisy, loosely attached to wall so vibrating. Told the staff, first they try to change the setting which worked for about 2 mins. Then they literally just pushed the unit back onto the wall. Unsurprisingly it just worked its way loose again and the noise resumed. As a result I couldn’t use the AC as it was so loud rumbling and vibrating - even with earplugs it stopped me sleeping. Ended up turning it off and using the fan instead. It was a hot sweaty night.
