La propreté, la Clim dans la chambre, le large espace commun avec la cuisine.
Pour les personnes n’ayant pas de voiture, l’accès aux bus à pied est à une demi heure, ça monte, ça descend, la propriétaire a été sympa et nous a descendu la première fois, mais elle ne peut pas le faire à chaque fois et c’est compréhensible.
