Beds were comfy, great location near two subway stops and senso-ji temple, room size compared to some other options a little larger for similar money, and the breakfast is toast and coffee - simple but exactly what we wanted. They also do luggage storage and forwarding

Located very near to Asakusa Station and about 300m from Sensoji Tample. There's a kombini across the road. A few walkable Halal restaurant. Coin laundry about 150m away.
Though the whole floors are wheelchair/mobility scooter accessible, the main entrance (Manual sliding) and ground floor ramps (Corners and width are too tight & narrow) are difficult for unattended disable guest. Breakfast is only toast, jam, hot coffee and hot tea. And no nearby seating. Either bring to your room or to the communal seating room at top floor. The foreign male front staff (non-Japanese, curly hair) talked in inappropriate tone and condescending manner. Based on their replies (read VERY defensive) on some of the past reviews here, I guest you can expect its coming. ; ) LOL
