The location was beautiful.

It was very calm and quiet, and people really respected to be quiet in the sleeping area. Very nice ”pods” or small private sleeping areas with a curtain at your feet. I probably had the best pod next to window.
There is ac, but the pods can get quite warm.
Its not that social, the hostel itself does not to any activities for travelers. Or at least none that i was aware of. Everyone mostly kept to themselves.

Staff are awesome, attentive, fix things right. Capsule with window overlooking river, wow! Rooftop space with bigger view still! Cool “underground lounge”..Good locations: Subways, airport train, sightseeing near. JR lines and Shinkansen a few stops away. Generous check-out check-in, luggage storage. Clean. Great managers working to keep it awesome!! Do it!!!
Some road noise on the roof.

Landed at Narita and then easy trip by train to couple hundred meters from the hostel, nice location on the river and roof top patio
