Einmal geht ...

Sehr Strand nah. Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich. Sehr helles Haus im Wohnbereich. Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert.

Vieles kaputt an Zubehör wie Beistelltisch, Nudelsieb, .....Tassen, Teller und Besteck waren schmutzig als wir kamen. Im Endeffekt ein in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, dass mehr Pflege benötigt. Fenster lassen sich in den Schlafzimmer nicht abdunkeln. Theke viel zu niedrig und ich bin schon nicht groß. Andres Sofa wie auf den Bildern.

Keine Bettwäsche

Das Haus ist sehr schön!! Wunderbare Lage, gemütlich, gut ausgestattet

Unzufrieden mit Novasol!!! Im Ferienhaus wurde die Bettwäsche vergessen. Ich habe aufwändig nach der Telefonnummer von Novasol gesucht. Nach zahlreichen Anrufen, die ins Leere gingen, hatte ich dann Mitarbeiter Christian zum Gespräch. Er wirkte engagiert und ließ mich zur Klärung ca 45 min in der Warteschleife warten. Es gab aber keine. Da ich ohne Auto am Ferienort war, war ich hinsichlich Selbsthilfe sehr eingeschränkt. Er versprach, dass am folgenden Tag ein Mitarbeiter mir die Bettwäsche ins Haus legt. Also eine Nacht ohne Bettwäsche. Am nächsten Tag gabe es aber keine Bettwäsche. Der Telefonaktionismus war also nur eine Show. Sehr enttäuschend und viel gestohlene Urlaubszeit. Novasol kann ich nicht empfehlen!!!
