Big house with an amazing location

location is the best thing about this property, steps away from the beach… good size to accommodate big family groups. It has a well stocked kitchen, and the outdoor patio bench and fire pit are the perfect addition to have a great time.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the towels need to be replaced, as well as the curtains and bedding. Easy things to fix I believe. But the most disappointing thing was the fact I left a pair of earrings in the bathroom and the cleaning staff denied finding them. Is not about the monetary value of the earrings but the sentimental.

I've would liked a better heads up on the charge that was taken for the damage along with evidence

I liked the location

Some parts of the house didn't look as clean as excepted the curtains had stains and of course doesn't given the cleanliness feeling I also didnt like how payment was taken for damage and then wasn't told for what it was no pictures no more information on the damage that is a little skeptical

Great stay on the beach, if you are not too particular about the house details

The location was amazing! Right on the beach, as promised! the house is very spacious, clean and practical. Nice traditional design. Easy access.

Definitely needs TLC! Despite the housekeeping's best efforts to clean it, there were infinite stains, rust spots, chipped grout and wood - the house just looks run-down. The internet was not working when we arrived and it took 2 days to fix it. Only 2 out of 4 burners in the stove work. Multiple ceiling fans and light bulbs are out! And a small very annoying detail: The button on the purified water dispenser was missing, we had to use a piece of carton to press the sharp screw to get water.

Very good

The location was perfect, the house layout was awesome. The staff at the office was great too, very responsive.

The wifi didn’t work and the dishes and stove could be updated, we planned to cook some meals there but didn’t have big enough pans, and the stove top didn’t cook evenly.

Great Experience

I love that it was clean. The view was amazing and it had everything you could need, pots pans, utensils, microwave, blender clean drinking water.

The shower in the master bedroom didn’t work but it didn’t matter because there were 2 bathrooms

June stay at casa chapman

The house location was great and a good size home. Kitchen large with seating and office staff was amazing! The A/C worked great and was a life saver!

The master shower barely drizzled out water, fridge was not working well and furniture in living room half broken and crammed. House was not ready at promised time and we had to stall for a couple hours with all our stuff in truck.

Shower in the master bedroom did not have running water. Only half the burners on the stove operate.

It was a nice clean house to stay. The best part of the house the beachfront.

It was great! The view of the beach was amazing

Old broken furniture.. needs a little work. Other than that it was very comfortable.

Perfect location, the house was nice, comfortable and had everything we needed, close to the Malecón, stores and we loved the fact they had security Cameras

It was right on the beach and cozy.

The house was run down and several lights didn’t work- the stove only had one working burner. It felt like no one had stayed there for a while and the property was ignored.
