The perfect January get away

Sylvia, the lady who let us into the apartment and was our point of contact for the trip, was exceptionally kind and generous with her time, so we felt very looked after. As well as that, the apartment was very very clean and there wasn’t any indication that anyone had previously stayed there. Soap was provided in the bathroom and washing up liquid in the kitchen, and ample soft towels. The pool looked great, though we didn’t try it because it was closed at this time of year, and there was a gym in the complex too, though again we didn’t try it. 5 minute walk to the beach, but 20/25 minute walk into Almerimar town with the restaurants and shops. Absolutely brilliant 👌

The distance was a little further away from the town and port area than I would have liked, but it’s still only 5 minutes from the beach so it balanced out!

it was fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and full size oven and hob. a good size apartment perfect for a family of 4. it also came with a private parking space

the only problem with this property is that the pool closes on the 15/09 every year so if you were planning a winter sun break the pool would be unavailable.

Good value comfortable accommodation in need of some modernisation....excellent garden and pool area

The apartment was comfortable and the outside space was very generous with private patio area and gated lower garden leading to a beautiful pool area. The underground car park and lift to apartment were very welcome.

Mostly fine but the bathroom fittings could do with being updated and better lighting throughout would improve the feel of the property...no complaints for the price we paid though.

Good

Nice two bedrooms apartment ideal solution for families, the host was lovely.

We would have appreciated some of the kitchen appliances in better conditions (e.g. kettle full of limescale or the oven and toaster very borderline). We understand it wasn't completely the host fault but the lift in 8 days we stayed broke down several times (the apartment is on the third floor) so this was a bit inconvenient, also super annoying the pool area was literally full of flies that was almost impossible sunbathing!

Lo mejor las piscinas y el jacuzzi que tenía el complejo de apartamentos. Además la anfitriona un encanto, llegamos tarde y súper detallista con nosotros.

Booking te pone la ubicación a 700m del lugar exacto, dando a equívoco a la hora de encontrar el alojamiento.
