About this apartment rental
Fully refurbished three bedroom flat.
Two kitchens.
Two lounges both with TV. The front lounge has access to Netflix, lightbox and Disney plus. The rear lounge also has a smart tv offering Netflix.
First bedroom - queen bed
Second bedroom - single captain bed with pull out trundler bed
Third bedroom - single bed with pull out bed which can be made into a double bed
Two kitchens located at each end of the house
Two TVs - one at each end of the house so kids can have their own space, Sky TV
Long deck runs along the side of the property giving direct entry to either kitchen/entertaining areas.
Pool available on site for guests to use at their leisure. (please note this is also used by the residents of the main house)
Double carport
Toy box available
Special conditions:
Prefer no noise after 11pm as is in a residential agreement.
No parties or additional guests staying beyond those booked.
No smoking inside or on the property grounds.
No pets allowed.
No additional overnight guests without prior permission.
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$50.00 per stay); Linen (included);

This is an awesome place to stay. Spacious and clean with all the things you need to make your stay comfortable. Great host who is very accommodating. I think this is a ten out of ten for me.

Excellent accommodation beautiful home … would’ve been good if the bottom kitchen had its own cutlery and plates etc as we were going from one kitchen to the other gathering what we needed down the bottom kitchen… all in all we had a beautiful stay would highly recommend to all …. Thank you

Excellent for what we needed. Having two lounges and kitchens was a bonus. Kitchen was well-appointed for us. Ideal for a family. Good Hosts.
