Located in Havelock North, this charming condo for $59 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Fully refurbished three bedroom flat. Two kitchens. Two lounges both with TV. The front lounge has access to Netflix, lightbox and Disney plus. The rear lounge also has a smart tv offering Netflix. First bedroom - queen bed Second bedroom - single captain bed with pull out trundler bed Third bedroom - single bed with pull out bed which can be made into a double bed Two kitchens located at each end of the house Two TVs - one at each end of the house so kids can have their own space, Sky TV Long deck runs along the side of the property giving direct entry to either kitchen/entertaining areas Pool is currently out of action! Pool available on site for guests to use at their leisure. (please note this is also used by the residents of the main house) Note: pool currently unavailable until further notice. We are waiting on a new pool being installed as the current pool has been damaged Double carport Toy box available Special conditions: Prefer no noise after 11pm as is in a residential agreement. No parties or additional guests staying beyond those booked. No smoking inside or on the property grounds. No pets allowed. No additional overnight guests without prior permission. Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$50.00 per stay); Linen (included);

We absolutely loved our stay and wish we had booked for an extra night or 2! Joy and Mike were super lovely hosts, we arrived late at night after a extremely long stressful trip with twin toddlers and a 11yr old. Joy and mike took the stress out of arrival for us going the extra mile, we appreciated it so much! Our family loved that there were 2 lounges to be able to have a bit of space from each other and mr 11 loved that he got his own room to have space from the twins, it really was a home away from home that povided everything that we needed during our stay. We will definitely be back and cant wait to see the finnishing result of the pool.

House had all the required amenities and very comfortable. We could cook if we wanted to or go out/pick up some takeaways a short five minute drive away. Was nice to have a couple of lounges for kids and adults to hang out in.

Property was awesome, kids loved the two seperate lounge areas! (2 different age groups) Only downside was the remote in the rear lounge was working properly. But all in all good property, good location will definitely stay again

Stayed for 3 nights with 3 teens so they could attend a sporting event. Quiet suburban location on outskirts of Hastings. Had everything we needed. Clean and tidy. Air con was a blessing, and washer/dryer was much needed. Only down sides were no outside line for wet towels etc, the trundler single beds were quite small (suitable children only) and the second lounge was accessed via ranchsliders from the 2 single bedrooms, so one of those bedrooms had no window for external light or airflow. Overall it was a good base for activities in the Bay.

I stayed here with my husband and teenager - this was perfect accommodation. My teenager had his end of the house and could do his own thing while we had our own end of the house. Will definitely book again next time we are in Hastings. Also, thanks for the biscuits on arrival! Good shower pressure, warm house, comfy beds, nice to have a few little extras in the fridge/pantry as well.

This place was beautiful and catered for everything even an iron and ironing board which i love, the only disappointment was the pool is not working and that's why i booked for my two younger son's where really exited to go for swim with my husband while me and my daughter go to robbie williams concert, but looks like a new one is being built, so my boy's where a little disappointed but overall a beautiful place to stay and definitely go back 😊

Over all it was a great stay, just one quite dangerous hazard, was the step in hallway, had quite a nasty fall, maybe put some up lights to iluminate as hall is very dark

This accommodation is very spacious with two lounges and kitchens which worked very well as the granddaughters had there own space . It was a perfect location for us as we had travelled down for another grandaughters birthday . We wanted somewhere close as they live two streets back in Mayfair. The extra touch from Jo was appreciated. Thank you the girls were happy to receive the biscuits. We would definitely stay there again. Awesome place and good luck with the pool renovation.

Great communication, heaps of room for the two of us, really comfortable bed, excellent cooling, absolutely fantastic lighting ( even in the bedroom) great for us who read in bed! Full length mirrors, washing & drying facilities. Great kitchen facilities including a dishwasher!incredibly comfortable lounge for watching TV or Netflix.

We loved staying here. It had all the comforts of home and more space than we needed with a whole extra lounge and a second kitchen! The added touch of being offered the splash planet discount pass was so lovely and of course the kids loved the biscuits.

Super close to Splash Planet, the main reason for our stay. A packet of biscuits and milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Was a comfortable and quiet place to stay with everything we needed. Fantastic host, great communication. Would definitely stay again.

Coming into the property was super easy. Jo was awesome with communication and the house was spotless! She even left us cookies and the fridge was stocked with anything we forgot we would have needed :) The double lounge and double kitchen was amazing and the house itself was way bigger than expected. Overall, I’d recommend Jo’s place to everyone and will definitely try to stay here again if I’m ever in the area. Even though the weather wasn’t great, having the house so close to everything really helped us get the motivation to go out and see/do the things we wanted to.
