It was an absolutely beautiful Ambiente / absolutely a Tuscany vibe with a stunning view / beautiful atmosphere and sunset / absolutely friendly staff and the room had such a nice feel and everything seemed to just fit from the high roof to a comfortable bed and parking by the hotel / few minutes away from everything we wanted to see / Tuscany at its best !!! Most memorable stay . We would def come again

We chose the location as it was fairly close to the venue for the Andre Bocelli concert. The staff on reception were helpful in arranging our transfers. The wine list was adequate and the pool area pleasant although there were not enough shaded areas.
Whilst the suite was extremely large, it was very basic. The bathroom only had a handheld shower which resulted in the floor getting soaked when used. The building is in much need of repair; when it rained during our stay rainwater poured down the inside of the bedroom walls and soaked the TV. We had to move our suitcases to avoid our clothes getting soaked too. The chef was miserable, verging on angry, and the food he produced was underwhelming and not the quality we had previously experienced in Italy. The quality of the microwaved food options served by the pool was also poor. Overall we did not feel that the hotel was value for money particularly if staying in the suite.
