The view from the bath (lake side cottage) was incredible! The people were also really friendly and eager to help.
We had some issues with the water being very dirty (some baboons trashed the pipes) and our jacuzzi wouldn't heat up, but they quickly came and fixed it.

Amazing location! The perfect break away from the city. Marge and her husband were extremely welcoming and made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived.
We loved everything, and will definitely be coming back!
A few minor adjustments need to be made, such as an upgrade to the kitchen. Other than that, it’s very hard to fault this place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and warm. I truly enjoyed my stay there. The lodge was also very convenient, with a small kitchen and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast was good, although the choice was quite limited. On the Sunday, porridge was unfortunately not available due to a shortage of staff.
The lodge was also very cold at the end of April. There was a fireplace, but it did not warm the space sufficiently, and although the electric blankets were helpful, a heater would have been very welcome. We were not even staying in the middle of winter, so I imagine it can become particularly cold during the colder months.
