Spa treatment was good,chalet spacious, bathroom huge.
Thumping loud music most of the day,until about 10pm,distance from main resort to chalet quite far,facilities mentioned was kitchenware...there was only a kettle,tea station and fridge,nothing else.

Spacious rooms at the boutique hotel were really nice and warm- Suitable for couples. We also enjoyed the variety of activities in the property.
The restaurant at the clubhouse has limited menu options on meals and hot drinks. We came during winter and i could not find a suitable hot drink they only had caffe latte. Some more options like flavored latte's, assorted teas and would do.
The restaurant lacked warmth as well with their bare tables (no cloth, no cover, no placemats).
Restaurant staff also needs to be upfront and honest about additional charges that are not included in the buffet. They only served filter coffee on their coffee machine and I wanted cappuccino- they brought the cappuccino without saying nothing and only mentioned when we had to leave that the cappuccino was not included in the complimentary breakfast

Staff were very pleasant. Well trained and accommodating. Room was clean, neat and functional.
Resort makes a good attempt to keep guests entertained.
The live music at rhe clubhouse becomes far too loud and interrupted a relaxing holiday. Music goes on past midnight and can be heard very loudly in the room.
Early morning (4.30am) machines make noise mowing lawns and maintenance.
