It beat my expectations. Very good customer service from the reception desk Usamah, Abdullah.
Bell man Mufajjol, Munir and Emrul Miah.
Room service Osman Goni, all of them provided exceptional services.
Very warm , very efficient and overall hospitable.
I liked everything about this property in terms of money I paid.

Cleanliness and location were good. All staff members were very kind except for the receptionist whom I met upon arrival at the hotel.
Location is about 15 minutes walk from Haram Shareef, room was clean with a functional AC
The receptionist I met upon arrival was not cooperative. I had booked a double bed room but he assigned me a triple bed room instead.
He did not understand English and called an interpreter to communicate my concerns. However, the interpreter stopped translating once the receptionist refused to make any changes. When I asked the interpreter to convey my further message, he said he could not do so because the receptionist was his senior and speaking further might cause him trouble. He said that what the receptionist decided was final.
My rating is 6 instead of 9 primarily because of the uncooperative behaviour of this receptionist.
The receptionists whom I met the next day were very kind.
The washroom was also very narrow and congested.
