Super clean, comfortable rooms, excellent location
1. Accessibility Issues: The main entrance to the yard completely lacks a stroller/wheelchair ramp. Having to lift a heavy stroller up and down the stairs every time made our stay feel like an unnecessary obstacle course.
2. Dangerous Restaurant Ramp: While the hotel restaurant does have a ramp, it is poorly designed and borderline dangerous. It is built of wood, incredibly steep, and extremely slippery. Navigating it with a stroller and a baby inside requires intense focus and effort.
3. Careless Groundskeeping: The gardener completely waters the entire area when watering the lawns. Water was repeatedly sprayed onto pedestrians passing by the fence, and the benches were left completely soaked. I even had to go to reception to ask staff to dry off the seating. This level of oversight is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
4. Subpar Breakfast: The breakfast selection is incredibly weak. It feels more like a budget 3-star hotel spread, which is highly disappointing for a property that brands itself as a luxury establishment.

I love this hotel and I stayed in before. It is centrally located. I love two stage rooms. Everything is clean and comfortable. I love this region and anytime when possible, I prefer to stay in this hotel, summer or winter.
There is anything specific I could mention. Everything is fine for me.
