It seems common in Kosovo but is quite disgusting and strange to pretend keep your passports until you leave and pay the hotel.

Staff are friendly and Attentive. Breakfast was beautifully served & portions are huge. The hotel staff make up for the lack of facilities of the hotel. Well done đź‘Ź
Location meant that there isn’t much going on. You would need to take a cab every where you go. There was Nothing local for entertainment. The Only food & beverage option is the hotel’s restaurant & their prices could seem expensive if you are a resident of the country.

The staff were really nice and friendly. Everything in the hotel was clean and tidy.
It was very hot in the hotel, both in the hotel room and the common areas. Ventilation on the movement did not work. The phone to the service room didn't work either.

"I really enjoy their complimentary breakfast, which lets me sample authentic Albanian dishes like burek. I also love their spa and pool, which are beautifully designed to resemble an ancient Roman bat..."
