Struttura di una pulizia assolutamente impeccabile, ricavata in pieno centro storico dalla ristrutturazione di una vecchia abitazione da cui traspare oltre alla maestria di chi l'ha realizzata anche l'esterno artistico di Massimiliano, il proprietario, che con la sua cortesia e disponibilità ci ha messo subito a nostro agio e inoltre ci ha fornito preziosi consigli per il nostro soggiorno sul Conero

Sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft mit kunstvoll selbstgestaltetem Einbau des Badezimmers in super Lage mitten in der Stadt. Tolle gemeinschaftliche Terrasse und sehr schöne Küche mit gefülltem Kühlschrank und allem gut ausgestattet. Super Gastgeber, der auch Künstler und Sommelier ist. Restaurant auf seine Empfehlung sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder!

Super schöne Unterkunft, mit viel Hingabe gestaltet bis ins kleinste Detail, zudem super sauber! Die Lage ist perfekt und zum Auto geht man auch nur ein paar Schritte. Hier lohnt es sich, mehr als nur einen Tag zu verweilen!

Appena conosci Massimiliano capisci quanta capacità e passione c'è in questa bella ristrutturazione. Letto comodissimo e terrazzino vista Monti Sibillini sono un plus. Buona la colazione, ben fornita. A pochi minuti di auto abbiamo visitato la bella Riviera del Conero.
Credo che sarà la nostra tappa fissa per i prossimi viaggi al Sud.
Proprio per essere pignoli, il soffione della doccia.
