Very clean and comfortable apartment! Bed is extremely firm so sleep was great :) Location is quiet and great for walking around. Communication with host was excellent.

The location and apartment were ideal for two nights in Naples.
The kitchen was not well stocked for use - there was no kettle, bowls or equipment for the stove. Our experience with the host was negative, her communication was poor throughout the stay. It may have been a translation issue, but our check in was remote and confusing. When we left, we received aggressive messages from the host about city tax. It was a misunderstanding and rather than trying to resolve the problem, she threatened us and sent aggressive messages. All of which could have been resolved has she accepted our request for an in person check-in.
