La cuisine bien achalandée, la bonne literie, les produits de première nécessité, les aromates, la vue bien entendu , les livres.
Les problèmes signalés par de précédents voyageurs ont été réglés.
J’ai trouvé les odeurs de cuisine émanant du restaurant plutôt appétissantes.
La réception moyenne au niveau du téléviseur, l’absence de wi-fi.

Nice place outside the season. And the sunday morning market in the old village center is great. It must be horrible in summer with 10.000 parked cars everywhere.
It wasn’t clear from the site that the apartment was located in a huge apartment building. Although all fine the area suffers a seventies sadness.
That there is no wifi AND poor 3 and 4G reception is bit outdated.
It was also not clear from the site there was a guarantee needed of €800!

Pas de place de parking attribuée - ça retire tous les avantages du logement, pas acceptable a ce prix de location
Pas de wifi : idem pas acceptable à ce prix d’autant plus que réseau téléphone ko
Chaînes tv brouillées ou inaccessibles (même si peu regardées) : idem pas acceptable
Table extérieure : mérite d’être remplacée
