Cinzie and Michele offer an extraordinary sanctuary of bliss within their magnificently designed home and land, landscaped with honor of nature. Cinzie's expertise as Co-Chef and Restaurant Owner (7 years) in Milan delights the palette with a mix of traditional products and modern healthy sensibility. Each meal, reveals her passion for cooking, with the unfolding of delicious surprises. Michele's enthusiasm, from personally guiding immersion with the sharing of hidden secrets, only known to a local to researching my individual requests; Horseback Ride in Alta Murgia National Park genuinely enriched my experience. True to the meaning of I 'Lari' as Roman God: Protector and Guardian of home, wellbeing and crossroads, it felt quite apropos that the lovely daily trail to my focus of visit, 'Castel del Monte' constructed around the number 8, was a .8 beautiful walk along forest and through nature art Park! I highly recommend 'I Lari Castel Del Monte' Bed and Breakfast.

Molto gentili i gestori, bellissima la struttura e il giardino dove ci si può rilassare. Grande pulizia e cura dei particolari. Ottima la posizione da dove si raggiunge tranquillamente il castello a piedi.

Wir haben uns im Haus I Lari willkommen gefühlt.
Ein sehr gutes Abendessen wurde uns von der Hausbesitzerin gekocht und serviert. Das ist ein großes Dankeschön wert.
