Die Lage war einfach ideal.

Wir hätten uns keinen bessere Lage wünschen können. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und haben alles daran gesetzt uns, auch mit grosser Sprachbarriere, zu helfen und unterstützen. Preis- Leistung sehr gut.

직원들이 굉장히 친절했습니다. 영어를 잘 하지는 못하지만 열심히 설명하려는 모습이 고맙게 느껴졌습니다. 1박하면서 서호를 조용히 트래킹하듯이 둘러보고 싶은 분들에게 추천합니다. 반대쪽처럼 번화하지 않고, 차밭등을 감상할 수 있습니다.

Want to revisit Hangzhou but will not stay in this hotel.

Location very close to west lake. Breakfast quite correct and good variety of food.

To close to the other hotel (3 to 4 meters!), our window has a direct view on another hotel room. Our room needs a lot of maintenance (side table wobbly, fridge door damaged, ..).

It was okay.

In the room, the bed was very comfortable. Warm floors. And very cute swings. The hotel is close to the Lingyin Temple, Botanical Garden, LongJingCun tea plantations, and the West Lake. Bus stops are also very close. Tip: If you want to use wifi in your room you have to specifically ask for that. The instructions and QR codes in the room do not work.

The room was dirty with hair on the floor and spider webs in each corner. The view faced the roof. It was extremely cold on the first night. AC barely worked. No bathrobes. The attitude of the hotel staff could be better and no one spoke English. For those who don't spend much time inside, staying for a night or two is okay.

Good

Lovely location! Lovely tiny hotel. The bed was good. Had all the toiletries (very old towels though). Nice slippers. Pretty patio with cats and squirrels. Small shop with water across the street. Reception girl was very nice, her English is limited but quite enough. Good experience, good price.

I'd say everything was almost perfect. But the owner should do something with the shower, the matte wall is pretty transparent, you literally can see everything from the room. If you're staying with friends or parents, it will be awkward. The water is leaking too. Nice bed with two different pillows, but the blanket was toooo thick for summer. The breakfast was nothing, not worth it. Black tea, water, eggs (gone in an hour), Chinese porridge, buns, sweet bread, rice, few pieces of watermelon. We stayed on the first floor, and it was noisy - people walking, talking, etc. Oh, our tv didn't work, no sound. It's 4 stars only for the location and the cottage itself.

3 days in nature land

Excellent location, west of the west lake between the lake and the tea fields. Easy to find, accès by taxi from East Hangzhou railway station (45mn). Room big enough with Tub and shower , WC , bed with good mattress , wifi, complimentary water bottles, good price even during the Jinmingjié celebration . Hostess very kind, speaking English to be understood. Good Chinese breakfast , nice patio ....

Very good

Tha bed was incredibly comfortable. There were bicycles outside front door.Walking distance to tea museum and other gorgeous spots but not far from restaurants and other things.Has the best of both !

Door has big space where cold air came in.it is tight next to bathroom so very cold .

The hotel was very nice, loved the natural feel.

The atmosphere was good and the little patio outside the cottage was really nice.

It’s not that close to the lake as I imagined but it was very easy to get around.

Nice relaxing stay close to the West Lake area

Relatively peaceful surroundings, though it can be a little noisy due to road traffic every now and then (we were staying at the ground floor). Room and bed are positively huge. (it was fun rolling around on it) I know the building is a little old but that didn't really spoil the experience, and there more importantly, there wasn't any funky moldy smell as you might get from some old rooms. Perfect place for a hike along the west lake area, the main lake is probably around a good 20-30 mins walk away, but you get good views and fresh air. Breakfast provided consists of simple options of bread, side dishes, one rice one noodle dish, eggs, buns and porridge. Not the best food I've tasted in China, but still passable. Chinese chess board available in the main lounge area and plenty of books too if you fancy a bit of a stay in.

Air conditioner wasn't really working, mostly just works as a heater. Even though I marked the temperature down to like 16 degrees, it was still blowing out hot air. Had to resort to opening the window and door to try to get the room down to a cooler temperature conducive for sleeping. Shower and toilet is separated from the main room with a simple glass door, so get used to subjecting your travelling partner with the sounds/smell of your poop. Not much of space to hang your clothes in the shower too. Oh, and unless you don't mind giving a silhouette performance of your bathing routine, though the glass is frosted, the shadows reveal plenty (I resorted to showering with the lights turned off in the shower)

Superb

We got some present from the hotel it was lovely We had japanise smart toilet which can get warm before using The area was nice and peaceful, many restaurants around and beautiful lake and nature

Unfortunately, we expected more than we got. Bathroom had some black stuff in the corners, our TV was working only sometimes, wifi connection was kind of bad because we had disconnect always. Also workers don't speak English which make everything more difficult.
