It was an pleasing vacation and I definitely will come back. Strongly recommend!

The staff is really helpful and friendly. Some of them can't even speak English but they put extra effort to support the customer The location is supper convenient and walkable to the centre of Hangzhou! Love it!

Perfect :) Really recommended!

Superb hotel :) - Kind staffs and can speak English. - Staff very helpful advice about our trip. - Variety breakfast and really delicious. - Warm welcome with fruits. - Free drinking water every day. - Super cleanliness, comfortable and great facilities. - Great location near Longxiangqiao metro station (500m.), near airport shuttle bus (in front of hotel), near bus station and near the west lake. - Surrounding with good local restaurant, department store, and local shop. - Our last day we got thank you card and fruits from staff it's was very surprised and really impressed. So we really appreciate it and highly recommended staying here!!! ^_^

Overall ok, but annoying payment process

- clean - very cozy sheets & towels

- payment process & deposit: we had to pay one night in advance (which would be ok), but when we arrived we had to pay the total amount of our stay plus another deposit. By the end we payed double the the price when we checked in. To pay back the deposit it took them more than a week (after check out)! - very bad smell (smoking is allowed almost everywhere)

Clean and convenient, but nothing exceptional

Very good location. Business rooms are spacious and clean, there is even an electric massage chair. It's a convenient hotel, but don't expect something exceptional

Breakfast was rather poor in my opinion Mini Bar did not contain many items and was not refilled during my stay there

Nothing special. A commercial hotel with good location.

It's good if the hotel lobby is strictly non smoking area, even the lounge. It became a class lower for the hotel image.

It’s 3 stars

The price is too expensive for what you have. The location is very good, 10 minutes to west lake by walk, but the forniture and the facilities are very old! The price is very high and without breakfast.
