A well appointed hotel with a pleasant staff and a lovely restaurant. Breakfast buffet is very good. About a 10 minutes walk to the nearest subway station and another 5 minutes to the West Lake.

Good location.
Room is nice, bright and clean.
Great to have the air purifier in the room too.
But toilet is abit dated and small.

More of an American type hotel with all the amenities. It was very nice and the staff were very helpful. Close to shopping downtown and the lake is within walking distance.
