イメージはしていたが、いざ着いてみるととにかく理想の部屋だった

しいて言うなら、トイレの扉の向きが逆だと入りやすいかと思います。

受け付けの対応⇒とても親切な方で丁寧に対応して頂き嬉しかったです。寝具とyogiboと畳が最高(*｀ω´)b ホテルの周りには、スーパーや飲食店、薬局も合ってとても良かったです。市電乗り場からも近く、迷わずホテルに到着出来ました。また、利用したいです。

実家感のあるホテル！

洋室ながら畳感のある床でとてもくつろぎやすく、リラックスできた！ YouTubeやネトフリなどもみれて、退屈しなかったヨギボーさいこー

全体的にはとても良かった！強いていえばリセッシュなどの消臭スプレー系があったらなお良かった。

清潔感があり、オシャレな和室で居心地がとても良かったです。あかちゃん連れでしたが、おむつ袋などの配慮もあり、快適に過ごせました。

cute japanese style apartment for 3+ people.

really cute japanese style apartment in sapporo. The futons had mattresses to put underneath to make them more comfortable. A/c worked very well (although the weather was nice during our stay). The host was friendly and helped us get in the apartment when we were too tired to read the instructions right! Also about a 2 minute walk from the tram which easily takes you to the main JR station. Also had a nice 7/11 about a block away. Loved the banana bed! Would stay here again in the future for sure!

Superb

The staff is very friendly and helped us a lot. She offered useful information and helped arrange a taxi. The room we stayed is spacious and equips with a kitchenette and a washing machine, which is convenient for us.

The location may be a bit inconvenient to tourists travelling with luggage and mainly by public transportation. There is a tram station nearby (distance < 200 m), but the service frequency is not so high and the tram speed is relatively slow. Other than that, it could take more than 20 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station.

Exceptional

Very good hotel, the room was huge, very confortable, with water boiler, fridge, a table, teaa, coffee, annnnnnnddd, washing machine for dirty clothes, it was very good place to stay. Ahh, the receptionist was really good person, ready to help. I recommend, 5 stars.

Very pleasant stay during our first trip to Sapporo because of the wonderful host at the property.

First and foremost, host Kumiko-san is wonderful! She is very responsive to the messages I sent before, during, and after the trip. She provided very detailed information regarding airport transportation, local restaurants, ski resorts, onsen, and other stuff. She takes care of the guests very well. All you have to do is ask her. The room has a nice layout/design with everything you need for the stay. The place is very clean. Hot water is supplied via a tankless heater, so you don't have to worry about running out of hot water. Shower has great pressure. There are plenty of towels to use. The bed is super comfortable. Gas heater keeps the room nice and warm when the outside temperature is around 32F. The location is great. 2 great restaurants on the ground floor of the same building. A 24-hour Japanese place is across the street and they serve delicious traditional Japanese rice dishes with chick, pork, beef, and veggies. The tram stop is just 2 minutes away. Downtown Sapporo is just 7 stops away on the tram (about 10 minutes). Tons of fun things to do at downtown. The host helped us with a dinner reservation as well as booking a taxi to the airport. She went above and beyond to make sure her guests have a wonderful experience at Sapporo while staying at the Swiss Inn. Having a fabulous host like Kumimo-san makes a huge difference. Look forward to staying here again in the future!

nicely designed and comfortable

Building and room nicely designed, clean and comfortable. The shower room was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful and responded promptly. A convenient store and supermarket nearby.

No elevator, mattress a bit thin, location is a quiet but not central, 20 minutes ride on the tram.

Comfortable stay with a spacious room and clean facilities

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was separate to the toilet. The host was very helpful and very responsive. There was also a small kitchen with utensils provided.

There was a smell of dirty water in the bathroom since arrival. It seems to have come from the drains which may not have been used in a while. The location is also not very central which may be inconvenient for people who travel by public transport. The tram stop in front takes you directly to Susukino in just over 30 minutes. We had a car so this wasn't an issue at all (free parking on premises).

Amazing home away from home

From the contactless check-in and check-out, to the fantastically well appointed and comfortable room with everything you need. Close to a good selection of local restaurants and a 24hr supermarket and combini. It’s about a 30 min walk into Susukino and the rest of the city, but it’s flat and pleasant enough. Super happy with this find and will be back whenever I need to drive into the city again!

While the wifi is super fast, it dropped several times while I was using it. Not serious, but feel that the property should know.
