Perfect location.
Great mix of inside and outside living.
Pool was the perfect temperature to cool off
Didn’t bother us too much but the music from across the road went on until around 11 to 11.30

Fantastic central location close to restaurants, bars, shopping, salons/spas and supermarkets while still having a private feel. Only a 7 minute walk to the beach. Icon Mall is also an easy walk. Housekeeper was lovely. Laundry service literally right next door and lovely because I now come home with a suitcase full of clean pressed clothes. Comfy beds, lounge and modern TV.
Not really an issue but you could hear some live music every night if sitting outside but again not an issue for us. And it stopped at a decent hour.

Nice and spatious villa not far from the beach. Furniture is a bit worn out but everything is excellently maintained and kept sparking clean. The staff is very kind too. A lot of restaurants and SPAs close to villa. Excellent beds.
There is a loud bar on the main street and you have music until every night until 11PM but that's nothing the property can influence. I would be happier if final cleaning started after we checked out and not 1h before we left.

The villa is so clean, beds are comfy, great air conditioning and shower.
