Our train was delayed 2 1/2 hours due to having hit an animal, so we were way past normal check-in. They were in contact with us via WhatsApp whilst we were on the train and were very understanding, putting the keys in a lockbox we could access AND sending us a video showing exactly how to access it and to then access the building and the room. It is a non-staffed location so this showed great pre-planning on their part to have such a video ready to send to folks who were delayed.
The description could have been a little better to make clear that there is a common area with the kitchen and sit-down space and balcony overlooking the harbor, and each guests' room is off this common area and individually keyed.
