It was my birthday on the 19/08/2026 , the room was decorated and I felt so special and it came as a surprise to me.
I also liked the indoor pool .
We had to ask for the shower gel in the next morning, wait for the staff member to bring it.
The fact that you have to buy ICE and GLASS.

The facilities are great, friendly staff and really just a beautiful place to visit. Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Clean, quiet with some activities for the kids. Great location next to Golden Gate National park…staff are great, trying their best
You pay for everything…we booked the farmhouse, finished unpacking and getting the kids organised sorting out supper, only to find there’s no wood in the property. Given we paid over R50k for our stay, one bag of wood to kickstart the fireplace would have been a nice touch. Then we see that a small bag of wood is R65…hard not to feel like you’re being pickpocketed. Restaurant service was so slow. Heated pools were lukewarm at best. Cupboard space hopelessly insufficient. My son and I lived out of our suitcases
