The staff from the restaurant, the ladies from the bar and restaurant, they were not welcoming at all.

The unit was amazing , absolutely clean and welcoming . The view and appeal of the surroundings were outstanding.
The splash pool was disappointing, mouldy with algae. The cover was torn and not attractive at all. It really didn't go well with the beauty of the unit. Sundowners were cancelled.

The views are immaculate but ruined by unfriendly staff members.
Upon arrival, Nombuso was extremely rude at reception. She ignored my questions, spoke to me in a very dismissive and disrespectful tone and even when I mentioned it was my husbands birthday, would it be possible to be given a unit with the best views, she gave me a unit that was extremely average with towels that had bleach stains on them, the bathroom sinks had cracks all over them, we had loud neighbours banging doors and screaming at 1am. This was my second time at Cayley, and I must admit I’m disappointed. Everything seems to have gone downhill a bit. I would rather spend my money elsewhere.
