We absolutely loved the place from start to finish. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded, and although we’re not sure why, we were incredibly grateful. The accommodation was spacious, warm, comfortable and genuinely felt like a home away from home.
The staff were absolutely amazing. Every person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The farm activities were fantastic too, from the pony rides to simply experiencing farm life as it really is. You can get involved with herding and feeding the animals if you choose to, which made the experience even more memorable.
The facilities were also excellent. There are pianos, a games room, an honesty bar, swimming pool, swings for the kids and beautiful spaces to simply relax and enjoy the surroundings. The views were breathtaking, and the sundowner spot was something special.
We were also celebrating my wife's birthday during our stay, and instead of the usual little piece of chocolate or ice cream, the team actually baked her an entire cake! That small gesture meant so much to us and really showed the level of care they put into their guests.
And the food... absolutely incredible. The quality was fantastic, the portions were great, the prices were very reasonable, and everything we had was delicious.
Honestly, the people here embody what hospitality should be. They don't just provide accommodation, they genuinely make you feel welcomed and cared for.
Honestly, there really wasn't anything we disliked about our stay. Everything was incredibly well done, from the accommodation and facilities to the activities, food and, most importantly, the staff.
If anything, our only complaint is that the weekend went far too quickly!
