Very good

Property is excellent. They should have the provision of breakfast & improvement in WI-FI. Otherwise property is superb, neat & clean. Location is also good.

There was No Breakfast- Hotel Staff said it was due to COVID

Superb

Located Just opposite to the famous veg restaurant Paakashala so you could get yum vegan food. Stayed here for my travel to Mysuru, it was easy to connect to the Bengaluru - Mysuru Expressway from this location. Good internet speed, friendly staff.

Limited parking availability in the basement, yet they manage to arrange parking in nearby buildings as they own them too. Building is little old one, you could witness that in the bathroom.

Comfortable, but could be much better

Spacious property, lift, location. There's enough space for a family.

Maintenance of the rooms, furniture and linen is not so good. Very few staff.

Cut short my stay & moved out earlier than planned

Location is good; the manager is very courteous and professional.

The property is quite and the fittings are not maintained properly, leaky taps and flickering lights. There was also a lingering smell of smoke and a dusty atmosphere overall.

Passable if you only want to stay indoors for a short while.

The staff were nice and prompt

Mouldy roofs, leaky bathroom roofs, broken furniture and smelly room. We were offered a smaller room for the same price compared to our previous stay at a spacious room. Very disappointed.

With every visit the quality is deteriorating. This time almost everything in the bathroom was broken, the wifi wasn't working properly and the door access was broken as well. I will not stay in this property again.

the stay was manageable. it was booked for a aged couple and they were given a studio at the end of the property where t

the location is perfect and the price is reasonable . the property needs maintenance. we are very regular to this property but off late the facilities needs a face lift including the basic essentials which were provided earlier.

basic essentials were not provided like dish washing liquids.

The location of the place is good. It is quite though right in the commercial area.

There was no inhouse breakfast. However there was a nice restaurant just across the street which provides excellent breakfast. They serve decent dinner too. The rates are very economical.

We had problems with practically all the electronic items provided in the room. Our TV had to be recharged and even with recharge we could see only free news channels. No sports or entertainment channel was possible. Our oven did not work and had to be replaced. Ditto with fridge. The least we expect is that these are to be checked before a guest checks in

The staff and service.

The internet speed is pathetic. I wish they provide minimum one pedestal fan with remote control in each facility. Upkeep of furniture is really wanting. Suggest they provide hard beds instead of sinking foam beds
