Friendly staff, decent room and pool

Power outage in the morning made the room very hot and also affected water supply.

Room was comfortable and the staff helpful. Great views of Marsascala from pool area. Quiet area away from the main square.

Information booklet in bedroom needs to be updated, especially phone number for reception and the mention of a bottle of still water daily. Apparently, water is only given on the first day of your stay.

The cerviola is always clean and the staff are friendly and go and beyond to help with anything they can We always hate to leave We are looking forward to going back next year

There is nothing that we did not like

We arrived and checked in (third stay in this hotel) as usual. AFTER we paid, we were told that our room is outside at TJ Boutique (5mn away in the street) and the breakfast is at Cerviola of course. Absolutely not fair, because I was with my old mum, who has trouble to walk, and we booked Cerviola to be on place for the breakfast ! I had a look on TJ Boutique, which was cheaper, but decided to stay in Cerviola ! We were very upset, I did complain for a commercial discount, but no, no way ! They say we got a better room (air conditionner dirty!!), that’s all !. On the day after, we got another room in Cerviola, but this trouble should not happened. They said it’s because of some work in the hotel but many people were there with accomodation. We should have been told by message before, and so we could choose another accomodation. It’s not honest from them.
