Seven bedrooms five bath home Sleeps 24. Open floor plan and fully stocked kitchen on main level and mini kitchen in basement, large deck overlooking the water and Three screened porches for relaxing. Second living space in basement with Foosball and Air Hockey. Waterfront has new beach large boat house with slid. with room to tie up your boat. Three Kayaks, two paddle boards included. Bluetooth speakers throughout house and at boathouse. Large Screen TV's Throughout with WIFI. Come enjoy this newly built home at Lake Anna. Not a pet friendly house but owner does have dogs. For our family of 24, this was ideal with plenty of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. The kayaks and paddle boards were a big hit with the kids. The two kitchens were such an asset for preparing Thanksgiving Dinner. We used both ovens and refrigerators. We would love to use this house in the summer when we can be outside more and enjoy the water to a greater extent. Great house!

I will recommend this house to any big parties

Overall, it was a really good vacation considering there was a harmful algae bloom when we arrived. The house is tucked away in a private cove and the view from the top deck of the house is absolutely gorgeous. The house itself needs a little bit of extra care, as in new shower liners for some of the bathrooms and the side porches need to be cleaned. The house could use a good power washing around the doors and windows because of all the bugs but these are all things that can be remedied. We were worried about the algae bloom, but as the week went on we were able to swim and enjoy the lake. The house has quite a few amenities that everyone enjoyed. It is spacious and accommodating. Definitely would recommend this for a vacay!

Our family of 24 fit very comfortably in this large house with great views of the lake. The paddleboat, kayaks, slide and the water trampoline were HUGE hits with everyone. In addition, the beautifully maintained front yard provided hours of fun lawn games and family relay races. It was a memorable weekend with family, we treasured our time together. Thank you!! (The only suggestion I might make is that it needs potholders!). Great Weekend! Great House!

Awesome house!
We traveled with a large group of friends and family for a week vacation. The house is well appointed and very spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all very large with great beds and furnishings. The yard, beach area, and dock/boathouse are all great. The children and adults enjoyed the waterslide and water trampoline. The house is on the north portion of the lake and a short distance from The Cove and Tims. The owners provide many accessories such as kayaks, paddleboards, cornhole, bikes, and even some kids toys. A great experience and would stay here again if coming to Lake Anna.

Perfect getaway!
The house completely exceeded our expectations! It’s in a beautiful location and has great amenities. The check in and out process was super easy and the staff was very responsive to our questions.

The house is located on a part of the lake where the kids/family could NOT swim due to an algae bloom that has been prevalent for over 4 years. And that wasn’t shared with us during the booking. So, some kids opted to swim (against advice from the health department) and some did not… but hard to abate the temptation when you’re staring at a large inflatable and a slide going into the lake. The MAIN lake is “swimable” but that’s a healthy distance from the house, as is the state park where you can go to swim.

While it was not lake weather, four couples and our children ranging in age from 9 to 16, enjoyed gathering around the large island to make and enjoy, playing front lawn wiffle ball, and going for walks. A perfect escape!

Fantastic weekend.
We had a wonderful family reunion weekend at your beautiful property. Plenty of room, lake views were perfect, weather was beautiful and loved having all the outdoor equipment to play on the lake. The only thing missing was a firepit. Definitely a great place and a great time.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking but we had to get creative serving the food. Great family gathering spot
We had a family group of 22 (15 slept at this house) ages 14-68. It was a perfect space for our holiday gathering with the large common areas up and down. It didn't feel crowded even with all of us eating at once. Lovely views and grounds, lots to do. A great spot!
