A beautiful, well-maintained place, run with genuine care by lovely and welcoming hosts who pay close attention to their guests’ needs. We also really enjoyed the friendly conversations with them over breakfast.
The breakfasts were great (home-made cakes were delicious), and for guests who are not used to a typical Italian sweet breakfast, the hosts are happy to prepare something savoury as well.
Our room was clean, spacious and modern, with air conditioning that worked exceptionally well (appreciated during the August heat!).
It is a perfect place for anyone looking for a peaceful break away from crowded and loud tourist areas, while still being an excellent base for exploring the surrounding towns and visiting nearby beaches.
Highly recommended!
We occasionally had some issues with the Wi-Fi, but nothing that spoiled our stay.

La cortesia, l'attenzione agli ospiti e la disponibilità della signora Anna e del marito sono impareggiabili! Sono riusciti a venire incontro ad alcune nostre richieste e lo abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo! Le camere sono pulite, spaziose e nuove. La colazione è un punto forte, con i dolci preparati direttamente da loro. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. Da ritornarci sicuramente e super consigliato!!

Paramos una noche y fuimos en auto. Tiene un buen lugar para estacionar aunque sin sombra. Las habitación son cómodas y modernas.
El desayuno fue correcto y el lugar tiene un parque y es muy bonito.
Para llegar al centro de Formia, hay que conducir unos km. Tener en cuenta que a la vuelta el camino es muy oscuro y entemporada tiene mucho tráfico, así que hay que ir con cuidado.
No tiene ascensor, tener en cuenta si se va con gente grande o maletas muy pesadas.
