The hobbit house was amazing on the outside and inside. The views across the vineyard whilst eating breakfast or being in the hot tub were perfect. It was so peaceful and a great place to recharge. The complimentary bottle of wine from their vineyard was a lovely touch and such an amazing wine, showcasing that you can get great wine in this country. America the host was absolutely lovely and made us feel right at home.

Such a cute place, in a beautiful location with fantastic hosts! I cannot recommend this place enough for fans or not, either way it’s a fantastic 5* self catered property.
So warm and cosy, even without the fire. Lovely hot tub and grounds, gorgeous interiors with all the soft furnishings, everything was finished to perfection! All kitchen amenities were great and utensils were included.
A short walk along the river to Bodiam Castle so I’d definitely recommend that during your stay.
