The residence is brand new and very well equipped, in a quiet position, still near to the town center.
Staff was always available also outside opening times and ready to find solutions whenever needed.
Private parking is available, wide and safe (you need your key/badge to enter at any time).
Full range of TV channels available in various languages.
I would add at least another washing machine, since it is shared by all the apartments.
Bed linen not appropriate for the season (duvets in August).
House might benefit from some more decoration (small pieces of furniture/handcrafts).
