Fantastic location - 10 minute walk into Monopoli old town. Located in a nice quiet residential area that wasn't too busy but enough hustle and bustle to make you feel like you were a part of the neighbourhood.
20 minute walk to a choice of beach clubs which we enjoyed, good selection of local cafes for espresso in the mornings.
There really wasn't anything that I could pick out as substandard or not meeting expectations. For a holiday rental, it was perfect. Parking can be a little hit and miss - just remember, white lines are free, blue lines you have to pay.

The property was clean and spacious in excellent location. It had air conditioning, a small but functional kitchen, a good size bathroom area, a very comfy bed and a table and chairs.
It was not noisy and we slept exceptionally well. The staff was also very responsive and friendly.
There is nowhere comfortable to sit other than the bed or the little stools.

-Al ser una planta baja que da a una esquina en el centro del pueblo, se escuchan mucho a los vecinos y los automóviles que pasan por la calle.
- Nos llevó a confusión la dirección que tienen en su perfil de WhatsApp, la cual no corresponde con el del apartamento.
