Everything works great inside the rooms and the ventilation, fridge, W/C, A/C super fine. You have a lot of options around this area including a mini market, restaurants, barber shop and many Mosques.
Can be noisy if your room is close to the elevator, or your window its direct to the street, but in general its regular noise.

Exactly how it is described on booking. Rooms are small but good value for money. Air conditioning works and the bathroom is clean.

The view was nice, the staff were friendly and helped with our luggage, our rooms were cleaned and we were given new towels every day. The WiFi worked well, and the air conditioner was very good, too (and much needed in the 30+ degree heat).
The photos on booking.com give a much better impression of the property than what it's like in reality. The cleanliness was "okay," but there were bits of dust around the bed, and the wardrobe was worn and not super-dooper clean either. I found a few longer hairs on the bedding (though the duvet and pillowcases smelled clean). The lamps next to the bed were unstable. The rooftop terrace does not have any facilities - it's an entirely empty space with a lot of unused potential. The elevator was barely enough for fitting in 3 people, and it didn't go up to the top floor.
