The San Nicola holiday home is in Uggiano Montefusco, a small village of Manduria, just 5 minutes from the "Campomarino Dunes", a site of community interest, "Blue Flag" for the unspoiled beauty of its beaches and waters. Located in the heart of Salento, equidistant from Lecce with its baroque and from Taranto with its Aragonese Castle and the MARTA museum, it is close to important places such as Manduria, known for its primitive wine and the Archaeological Park of the Messapian walls, Oria for the its medieval and Federician history and Maruggio, formerly the Command of the Knights of Malta. It is also an excellent hub to reach the most popular seaside resorts of Salento such as Porto Cesareo and Gallipoli.

Camere grandi e spaziose. Chiaro.Appartamento silenzioso. Buona attrezzatura. Ci mancava solo un piano d'appoggio in cucina.
Vicino a un negozio di alimentari e a un paio di punti di gastronomica.
Proprietari simpatici e premurosi.
Ottimo punto di partenza per le escursioni in Puglia.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento per 10 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. È andata meglio di come pensavamo. La casa molto grande, pulita e vicino ad ogni tipo di servizio. La proprietaria della casa sempre disponibile, gentile e cordiale. Nell'appartamento tutto completamente santificato,in pieno rispetto delle norme covid.
Inoltre, la casa dispone di un garage e di un bucatoio. Consigliatissimo. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questa struttura e siamo stati benissimo. i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, l'appartamento al nostro arrivo era pulito. la struttura è funzionale e la posizione ottima.

Abbiamo soggiornato ad agosto per 10 giorni in 4; i proprietari super disponibili! Avevamo a disposizione il bucatoio per poter fare la lavatrice in qualsiasi momento, il garage a disposizione per poter mettere la macchina.
A metà settimana addirittura ci è stato chiesto che se volevamo cambiare le lenzuola la signora ce le avrebbe fatte trovare pulite senza alcun problema e così abbiamo fatto.
Aria condizionata presente, wi-fi anche.
Beh che dire, ve lo consiglio assolutamente!
