The staff member in charge during my stay was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me with my suitcase and when I lost my room key. Breakfast was excellent, with freshly squeezed juices every day. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.
The inn is relatively far from the center of Itapema. While that might not be a major problem in the high season, when one is more likely to enjoy good weather and go to the nearest beach, it was a bit of an inconvenience during my stay, as the weather was not good and the town center has many more options for restaurants, shops, and the like. A round "trip" to the center by Uber will cost you around R$ 40. Furthermore, depending on where one's room is located, you will have to go up many short flights of stairs. That was not a problem for me, but people with mobility issues should make sure their room is located in a more easily accessible area.
