The hotel is in a beautiful location. We also really enjoyed the extensive breakfast selection, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
We stayed in a Villa, but unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the steep price of ¥230,000 for three nights. The Villa was extremely dated and, in some places, almost falling apart. There was loose wallpaper, visible signs of age on the wooden fixtures, uncomfortable beds, and rust on the garden furniture. The entire Villa is in desperate need of a complete makeover.
The same can be said for much of the resort. The restaurant and lobby are very beautiful, but beyond those areas, you can see a lot of deferred maintenance. Dirty tiles, rust on the exterior fixtures, and an overall 1980s feel are noticeable throughout the property. This hotel really needs a major renovation and modernization.

建物自体は古いですが 綺麗に使われていて 優雅な雰囲気を味わえました！
朝食の待ち時間30分は、長すぎる👍朝食後10時にグリーンアドベンチャーのジップダイブを予約していました‼️30分も待たされてあわただしく出発する羽目になりました。😱
宿泊者数に対し、レストランのキャパが 小さすぎるので前日に時間振り分け予約などの案内をして待ち時間を減らす努力をするべきでは！
