It was a beautiful little house up near Poas volcano. It is at altitude, so a lot cooler than the city. We had a log fire in the house and they had a store logs to burn. It is popular at weekends, when people from San Jose come up to escape the heat. It is a lovely setting and we could park next to our house. It was only an hour from San Jose, so ideal for the last night of our holiday. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were really good. Our host was really friendly and I would certainly recommend.
I could not fault any part, it was as good as we hoped it would be.

Best breakfast we had included.
Almost froze and fireplace smoked us out. Dark room with only a block heater to keep warm.
