Proximity to the malls, restaurants. Very spacious apartment.
The parking spaces are small, tight. Compact vehicles won’t be an issue, SUV/Pickup is a challenge.

WiFi Excellent. Size of apartment good. Location excellent. Nice refrigerator.
NOT as advertised. They say coffeee maker in room, FALSE ! No toaster either. Glass on windows and balcony door are not sound proof and a Lot of Noise comes in. Shower size tiny like an IBIS. Furniture old and poorly designed. You have to walk about 200 yards to be able to get a cup of coffee in the morning.. Door Knobs are Triangle POINTED in bathroom door. At 2:30am after going to the bathroom half asleep I rubbed up against one and tore a large chunk of skin off my arm. Took over half an hour to stop most of the bleeding and band aids I carry were not "big enough" for the size of the injury. The "woman" (and this is being polite calling her this) who is at the rental desk in the mornings is a CALLOUS person who did not even care about my injury. She wanted to charge me for cleaning some blood on the towel and pillow sheet. She sent a text to me about this, not even caring or asking HOW IT HAPPENED ! I responded to the man who is in the desk in the afternoon (He, is nice), that I would pay for the small amount of blood but, they would have to give me a receipt stating that I paid under protest and that the cause was the "totally poorly designed door knob". This so I could give to a My Lawyer in Asuncion to file suite for my injury. Never heard another word. Would I stay here again, NO. Not as completely advertised, the "woman" at the desk I do not ever want to interact with her again. Having to walk in the morning 200 yards, climb about 20 steps to be able to drink coffee, ridiculous. They should have supplied the coffee maker advertised on Booking.Com and a toaster. Also the size of the shower is ridiculous.
