il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner : seulement un sachet de nescafé à côté de la bouilloire

L'hôte a modifié l'adresse à la dernière minute : je n'ai pas résidé dans l'appartement initialement prévu. Mon vol ayant été annulé, je l'ai informé immédiatement et demandé une remise sur la nuit que je ne passerai pas chez eux. La réponse a été ferme et définitive. Pas d'annulation ni remise envisageable. Je ne séjournerai plus chez OLIVE SERVICE.

If you really want to go for the location while ignoring everything else go for it all in all I would not ever choose to

The property location was the only thing that really was good about it.

The elevator was not working we had to take the stairs every time to the 3rd floor and with parents that was a really disappointing factor especially when the staff was the one switching it off on purpose . Even after requesting several times the staff refused to cooperate and fix the lift. The Air conditioner was also not working in one of the rooms so were some of the lights.

We absolutely loved this place!

We absolutely loved this place! It's in a lovely, leafy, safe neighborhood of South Delhi in an area with nice houses, and it's just around the corner from a market area with lots of shops and places to eat. The apartment itself is spotless and beautiful, and the room we stayed in was large, with a pristine bathroom and one of the most comfortable beds we've slept on in over 2 months of travel. They had even put some plug converters in the room! The manager (Shivam) and all the other staff couldn't do enough for us and were always friendly and helpful.

lovely stay and value of money

It was lovely stay in the apartment as the apartment was just a walking distance from M block Market GK 1 and the staff was very helpful. Mr Shivam and his team was available their for the check in and guide us about the location as well the apartment

it wasn’t value for money for me, paid a substantial amount for 9 nights stay,if given to hotel would have been better

we had to adjust , apartment was some what clean , but house keeping should have been better , found few cockroaches in the apartments

terrible service , useless staff but good location

the location of property is very good

it was not clean , maintenance work was going on n creating dust n so much noise … staff useless n not ready to clean … there were no toiletries , hand towels , no tea coffee ingredients, no support staff to bring any stuff … communication with handlers very bad ( specially the girl Tanu who was our first contact with the property handlers ) . location is good but staff needs to be pulled up giving bad service

Big 2bed flat with lots of facilities - clean and comfy. My apartment had a decent size balcony as well

A bit more coherent instructions on reaching the place would be helpful

Amar Patra and Arjun where very excellent hosts and took care of everything. location and service is very nice.

Very clean and hygienic, with all equipment and 24 hours service. Very trust worthy and peaceful stay.

Exceptional

The apartment is well located near to M block market and our apartment is on second floor with elevator access and the apartment has a balcony where we can have a cup of tea in evening by enjoying nice weather of delhi and the staff was very supportive.

Nice place to stay Rakesh Jha & Amar ware very cooperative. Location was very good. Apartment was very neat and clean.

Nice place with good rooms and friendly staff.

The staff followed up with me before check-in and were there to guide the cab driver. They also helped me with my baggage and checked-in me in at the room directly. Amar Patra and his team were helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.
