Super ausgestattetes Objekt und eine sehr gute persönliche Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau Urban. Hat alles gestimmt !
Die über Booking vor der Buchung angezeigte standardmäßige Ausstattung mit Bettwäsche erwies sich als Falle. Zusätzlich vorab direkt an Bellvilla zu zahlende Bettwäschegebühr (29 €) erwiesen sich als versteckte Kosten, zu deren Begleichung Bellvilla permanent Druck ausuebte. Nie wieder Bellvilla ! Dieses Haus hat es eigentlich überhaupt nicht nötig, solche ein intransparentes Geschaeftsgebaren zu bedienen. Leider macht Booking da mit. Mein Tip weg von Belvilla und hin zu einem regionalen Anbieter. Ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich eine Bewertung abgebe, weil die Vor-Ort Betreuung sehr gut war.
