Nestled in Damgan, this lovely house for $121 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This 150 sq.m house is located 40 m away from the beach to which you will have a direct access. It is located in the heart of Brittany and can accommodate 10 people. It has a gated garden where you can safely enjoy your family holidays. The terrace is equipped with an arbour, garden furniture, and a barbecue: you will be able to rest as much as you want. There are swings for the children to play. Inside, there are 2 bathrooms and separate toilets. Nous avons séjourné avec plaisir dans cette maison, le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables, à deux pas de la mer. La cuisine est très bien équipée et les propriétaires très accueillants. Je recommande chaudement.

Accueil sympathique, bonnes explications pour tous les appareils ménagers, propreté irréprochable, . Maison très agréable, confortable et bien située car très proche de la plage et des commerces soit à Damgan soit à Muzillac ou des activités diverses et variées.
Sans problème nous recommanderions ce gîte.
Nous aurions souhaité, toutefois, qu'Abritel puisse nous proposer une "assurance annulation" en cas de problèmes, maladie ou autres.

Très belle et excellente location, il ne manque rien, tout est prévu ( pèche, bébé, enfant...). Propriétaires très accueillants.
Beauté de la région qui permet également de magnifiques promenades au bord du golfe.

La maison correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. Grande et idéalement placée à proximité des plages et du village de Kervoyal.
Confortable à 10 personnes avec la chambre en option, il est préférable d'y séjourner en famille car cette chambre n'est accessible qu'en traversant une autre (ce qui est clairement indiqué dans l'annonce, pas de surprise).
Les propriétaires prennent soin de leur maison dedans et dehors et ça se voit.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit ordentlicher Ausstattung, Küche super. Zum tollen kleinen Strand sind es wirklich nur 50 m, zum grossen Strand 250 m. Leckere Baguettes nach 3 Min. Fußweg, Umgebung sehr schön. Haben uns 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett, Haus empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est idéalement située à 2 pas de la plage. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, très bien agencée et spacieuse. Grande surface Super U à 5 mn en voiture. Damgan à environ 2 kms pour petits commerces. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l'écoute. Très bonne communication. Location à recommander sans problème.

Wonderful Place for All Ages
This is a very comfortable, clean and well-equipped house in a superb location, with a sheltered beach 100m away and a 2 mile sandy beach with waves 5 mins walk away. Croissants and bread also available within 5 mins walk (Jul & Aug). Wild oysters can be gathered from local beach and are delicious - kit to do this is provided. Our hosts were very nice and welcoming and didn't charge us for the butter dish we dropped! All ages from 3 to 80 had a marvellous time.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec nos 4 enfants et leurs conjoints et nos 2 petits enfants. La maison très bien équipée et très bien entretenue était idéale aussi bien pour l'emplacement (la proximite immédiate des plages dont celle de Kervoyal très agréable et abritée, et de nombreuses pistes cyclables), pour sa composition (chacun avait sa chambre même si certaines ne sont pas indépendantes ce qui n'etait pas gênant au sein d'une même famille et avec des enfants petits), que pour son équipement ( tout est prevu pour des repas avec de nombreux convives , pour
des jeunes enfants et même des jeux pour toute la famille). Les propriétaires sont accueillants et réactifs en cas de soucis. A recommander.

La maison est très bien équipée et les propriétaires tout à fait charmants et très disponibles.
La cuisine est super, ce qui facilite grandement le quotidien avec trois petits enfants et trois adultes.
La literie est bien en tout point et la possibilité de louer les draps appréciable.
Expérience très positive que nous envisageons de renouveler.

Beautiful house near beach in quiet area
We enjoyed two weeks in this lovely house in Kervoyal. The house is only a short distance (30 seconds) to the Petite Plage of Kervoyal. This is a lovely secluded beach with very fine sand, water can be cloudy due to the fineness of the sand. The Grande Plage of Kervoyal is only a 3 minute walk away, this beach is larger and more open with same fine sand.
There is a bar/restaurant and Creperie within a short distance. The town of Damgan is approx 30 minute walk away and has lovely restaurants and a very good market on a Saturday. The beautiful medieval town of Vannes is approx 30 minutes drive away.
The house itself is beautiful, spacious, extremely clean and well kept. It has an abundance of kitchen utensils and crockery. The hosts were easily to deal with and lovely people.
Would highly recommend and would stay again

Très bon vacances
A perfect beach within 50 m of this house. Bedrooms are fine but one of the showers is only usable for those with a degree in escapology ! Otherwise the house is very well equipped and was spotlessly clean. The owners made us very welcome.

Nous étions 6 adultes occupant chacun une chambre.
De façon la plus objective possible, voilà notre avis.
Points positifs :
- situation idéale à proximité immédiate d'une petite plage
- environnement calme
- jardin très agréable
- cuisine moderne très bien aménagée
- places de parkings à proximité
- maison spacieuse
Points négatifs :
- le passage par la salle de bains pour accéder à 2 chambres ou le passage dans une chambre pour rentrer dans les 2 autres.
- un petit coup de rajeunissement des peintures, décoration et sanitaires serait un plus.
- les lits superposés ne sont pas adaptés pour y coucher un adulte.
- un depart un peu plus tardif que 9 h aurait été idéal.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour accompagnés par un temps beau et chaud.

Super séjour en Bretagne qu'on adore!!
Après un accueil très sympathique des propriétaires, la prestation proposée est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Maison spacieuse (nous étions 10 personnes dont 4 enfants entre 6 et 11 ans), avec 4 grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la terrasse et un jardin privé très agréable, avec ses bains de soleil et ses 2 coins repas.
Très bon niveau d'équipement dans la maison, beaucoup de vaisselle.
Nous avons aussi apprécié la mise à disposition du garage pour y ranger vélos et jeux de plage. Super aussi le robinet extérieur pour ne pas rapporter de sable dans la maison!
La maison est idéalement située à 40 m de la plage de Kervoyal et à seulement 300 à 400m d'une plage plus grande avec davantage de vagues pour le plaisir de la baignade. Super aussi pour une petite balade le soir, vers la jolie pointe de Kervoyal.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

net nog geen voorjaar in Damgan
Dit jaar voor ons doen vroeg vakantie geboekt. Wat het weer betreft was dat ook zo. Erg wisselvallig, veel wind en regen en te weinig zon. Toch heerlijk genoten van de strandwandelingen met onze hond, de rust en het mooie, zeer compleet ingerichte huis van de familie Le Goff.
Zeer schoon en aangenaam. Perfecte ligging zo vlak bij zee. Ook vriendelijke ontvangst door M. et Mme Le Goff.
Zeker een aanrader, ook voor 10 personen!

Nous étions 10 de la Bourgogne en commando vacances! en Bretagne .
Nous avions loué a Damgan Kervoyal un gite très bien situé a 30 mètres de la mer idéal pour les petits et pour nous les grands. la région est jolie avec beaucoup de choses à voir a faire Vannes, Rochefort en Terre (splendide), la pointe de Pénerf...
La maison méticuleusement propre nous a bien plu, la cuisine est vaste pratique bien équipée (lave vaisselle très apprécié des dames et messieurs) cafetière, bouilloire électrique, petit perco de quoi cuisiner batteur électrique ..etc parfait!
la salle de vie très grande est elle aussi pratique pour accueillir 10 personnes, autour de la grande table.
Le salon agréable avec un joli nombre de fauteuils accueillants devant la grande télé ce qui a fait le bonheur des petits fatigués après les grandes balades au bord de l'océan.
Un garage et un point d'eau extérieur bien pratique pour laver les bottes. le jardin clos avec balançoire. la belle et grande terrasse ..
les chambres bien équipées deux salles de bains pour cette grande famille seule petit bémol le cumulus un peu petit et manquerai dans la cuisine une grande sauteuse pour cuire et une grande poêle..mais on y arrive !! pour nourrir 10 affamés! bien vu la grande marmite pour les homards! la pince pour les crabes et les piques pour tirer la chair!! les galetières pour réchauffer les grandes crêpes la vaisselle est jolie et pas disparate comme dans de nombreux gîtes! l'accueil de nos hôtes (a l'heure, ce qui est appréciables quand on a une longue route) sympathique ...

Nous avons passés une très agréable semaine avec nos amis nous étions 9 adultes dans cette location c'était parfait jardin très plaisant et proximité de la mer très appréciable seul petit bémol pour nous les salles de bain assez restreintes et nécessitant le passage par l'une d'elle pour accéder à deux des chambres de l'étage .Propriétaires très sympas , maison très bien entretenue location à conseiller.
