Great themed hotel, nice room and plenty of entertainment. Ideal location. The hotel restaurant was good for breakfast (buffet style). The pizzas you can order at the bar were good.
Dinner was very average and overpriced in the hotel restaurant.

Room is showing its age, pretty dated but fit for purpose and no major complaints. Breakfast was pretty basic but absolutely fine.
Staff at check-in were not very helpful and when asked questions gave very minimal information.

Good location, close to main park. Staff very helpful.
Room was not clean - cobwebs, dirt on floor - not cleaned properly.
Also cold and children’s room smelt of damp
