Lift to reach the fourth floor

Giorgio is a really nice guy and did us great favour by letting us enter the appartment before 15h, much appreciated. The appartment is in a perfect location, only 20 min by bus to Bologna city center, the bus station is 2 min away. Free parking is also available near by the public garden, recommended once again by Giorgio. The appartment is big, cosy and has everything one needs. Giorgio also gave us very nice addresses for food, ice cream and other in Bologna and in the area. I strongly recommend!

Appartment is large, nice and clean. Owner is very helpfull. Location is very quiet and you find nice restaurants in walking distance.
Parking might not be not so easy to find in the afternoon.

Everything was perfect from the apartment to the neighborhood. Nice quiet place near to parks, supermarkets, bars (for breakfast) etc. The apartment was cozy, warm and perfect for my family (2adults 3 kids).
Giorgio the host was incredible. He gave me all the information needed for our trip (were to eat, what to visit in Bologna) he is great and very helpful.
Also the apartment is newly renovated and super clean with new appliances.
I can't find a negative in our 5 days staying in Light and colors.

The apartment is located near Bologna, 15’ by car in a nice and quiet area. For those who rent a car, car parkings place are available near the building.
The elevator makes strange noise when it is in function. Unpleasant during the night.

Everything is perfect.

Very nice and helpful host. Good location - very quiet, but not too far from the city center.
Everything was as described, contact and hand-over was very uncomplicated.
We stayed there for only one night - transit on our way southwards. Was well suited for 2 adults and 4 kids (age 7, 9, 11, 13). For a longer stay, we would recommend it for 4 persons.
Kitchen not very well equipped.
