The staff were great. The hotel had all the basic facilities. It even had the hallway leading to the mountain view which was a blessing.
The food was also very good.
We had a powercut at night, which made it difficult to sleep. It is perhaps understandable as there was a big storm at night, but perhaps they should try to increase the DG capacity so that their guests can sleep properly at night.

Breakfast was okay with limited selections.
Food was good .
Staff was helpful.
Room size is too small
The view from room is hindered by local shops.
It was not value for money at all. We paid too much for no facilities. So much so, that water wasn't complementary either. We had to pay.
