It was clean. It had a lift. There was a window in my dorm. I slept so well.

The staff were extremely polite and friendly. The common area was large and welcoming. The dorm room was clean and any complaint was looked into quickly. They ensure that there is decent circulation within the room by putting small fans inside.
They have a lift so you don't need to carry your luggage up the stairs.
They are also one of the few places that accept credit card.
It's not very close to any mrt station. The closest would be a 10 minute walk away. Not a big sticking point in my opinion though, the area it is in makes up for it with lively bars and eateries close by.

The staff were amazing! They did so much to accommodate me. They moved into a better room, they were responsive and helped with my washing too. The place is very clean and I felt welcomed by everyone.
The mattress is very comfortable and the room I got moved to was great. There is a good common room too.
The first roomm I was put in had a very bad smell. The drainage needs to be looked at. The other dorm was completely fine.
There was a woman who was a long term tennant who was staying in the lower bunk from mine. She constantly had her phone on loud and she was getting notification pings every minute of the day. I was trying to take a nap in the afternoon and the woman's phone wouldn't stop. Then I told her to switch it on silent but the next day from morning to afternoon it was the same issue. She also had a really bad cough and she didn't stop coughing all through the night. There were a few other people in the room who were also getting annoyed. I think the staff might need to go over housekeeping rules with guests and residents.

The staff were nice, the place was clean and there was a decent kitchen you could use
The major problem was that the only bathroom on my floor was for women, so I couldn't use it. This I found incredibly inconvenient, especially as we were not allowed to use the stairs either. So I had to take the lift to the floor above each time I needed to use the bathroom
