La atención del personal fue magnífica; nos recibieron antes de la hora porque tuvimos que cambiar los planes de viaje. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros; nos dieron recomendaciones muy buenas sobre dónde comer y qué visitar. Nos dieron jugo de cortesía algún día. La habitación súper cómoda con una linda vista, y muy fresquita. La piscina también estaba muy bien. Súper recomendado.
Es una lástima que el jacuzzi y el sauna no estuvieran funcionando.

I was in Pereira for a wedding, and this was one of the closest hotels to the venue. That's why I booked it. But the hotel is really nice. The facilities are impeccable, and the staff is really, really nice. I felt at home because even the place looked a bit like my home, but it's the hospitality and the warmth that I was welcomed with that really superseded my expectations.
