Room was clean and nice. Beds were separated but they put them togeter in no time. the stret was busy with young people going -in-and out from near establishments. Orange in the breakfast was surprisingly good. We enjy staying there so much next time instead of Arnavut Koy we will stay in Kadikoy, thanks to Kuzen hotel made us hange our mind.
The reception desk area gave us the wrong impression; nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. Special thanks to Miss Nimet Hanim; she was wonderful.

All is fine, only i did not like is Taxi transport in Istanbul 95% are cheaters and scammers be careful

Great location, and nice, professional and polite staff. The breakfast was quite good.
During the check-in process I was told that guests were not allowed to bring food or alcoholic drinks to their rooms from the outside and that I could only use room service if I wanted anything.
The window in my room did not open and that made me feel a bit claustrophobic.
On the first night at 12:30 am hotel workers or contractors were moving heavy metal furniture and dragging them on the fife escape from the elevator to the floor above mine. It woke me up, a guest in the adjacent room also woke up, we both went to see what was going on. These workers apologized but continued for another 10 minutes or so.
